Services. Hair by Les provides Cosmetologist, Hair Salon, Black Hair Salon, Natural Hair Salon, Silk Press, Kids Silk Press, Knotless Box Braids, Box Braids and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Hair by Les or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Damages. Hair by Les is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Hair by Les harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.
Modifications. Hair by Les may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
